All course materials and site content are protected by copyright. Access is for your personal use only; sharing your account or materials is strictly prohibited.
Design Services
Images & Marketing
Revisions & Guarantees
Our garden design services include concepts and planning. Clients are responsible for providing correct dimensions. We retain ownership of designs while granting you a personal license for implementation.
We reserve the right to use project designs and photography of completed works for marketing purposes. Identifying personal information will be kept private in line with UK law.
Consultancy includes agreed revision cycles. While we provide expert guidance, we cannot guarantee specific results or timelines due to environmental variables outside our control.
Pricing & Payment
Liability & Law
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment of Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced. Payments for online courses are due upfront. Late payments may result in service suspension.
We exercise reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect losses. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the jurisdiction of UK courts.
We collect and process your data in compliance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our professional services.

Service Specific Terms
Garden Design Services
Our bespoke garden design services cover the creation of conceptual layouts, 3D renders, and technical drawings tailored to your outdoor space. While we provide expert designs, the scope does not include structural engineering, planning applications, or physical landscaping labour unless explicitly quoted. Homeowners are responsible for providing accurate site measurements and disclosing any underground utility locations prior to the commencement of the survey phase.
Online Garden Design Course
Access to the 'Build Bible' online garden design course is provided for individual use only. All intellectual property, including video modules, downloadable guides, and design templates, remains the exclusive property of The Build Bible. Sharing account login details or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of access without a refund. We do not guarantee specific aesthetic results or project outcomes through course participation.
Design Ownership & Marketing
The Build Bible retains copyright over all design concepts and drawings. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final designs for their specific property. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to use site photographs and project renders for our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media showcase to demonstrate our design expertise.
